Welcome to RJK Hypnotherapy Maidenhead Berkshire

My name is Robert James Kohlhammer. I am a clinical Hypnotherapist based in Maidenhead, Berkshire. I specialise in Hypnotheraphy for Weight Loss, the Hypnotic Gastric band and Smoking Cessation.

What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is essentially a relaxing experience. When we focus our attention on a desired outcome by practising seeing, feeling, and training our minds to concentrate on what we want and expect to happen by using our imaginations and positive language, so when the experience happens in reality we will find it easier to control our own emotions and expectations because we have already envisioned making it happen for ourselves.
